Stel het is het jaar 2005 en FUE resultaten en prijs zijn identiek aan die van een strip OP. Wat zouden jullie doen ?

Voert Doctor Jones alleen ht's uit of voert hij ook nog andere behandelingen uit? Verder zou ik eigenlijk niet weten welke behandeling ik zou laten doen. Ik zie niet echt veel voordelen bij de FUE, als je het vergelijkt met FUT.......ALs je teveel weg zou halen kijk je door het donorgebied heen(was bij GHO het geval). En mijn litteken is nauwelijks zichtbaar. Als het echt veel voordelen zou hebben zou ik FUE laten toepassen en dan zou dat ook uitgevoerd gaan worden in Duitsland en Vlijmen.

Verder vroeg ik me af wat jij(bverotti) van de GHO methode vindt. Alsof het de GHO methode is............... Dat klopt gewoon niet en verder beweert hij ook nog eens dat de weggehaalde haren weer deels terug zouden komen(interne Hairmultiplication). Kijk, dan zou het perfect zijn natuurlijk. Dan gaan we een nieuw tijdperk van HT's in!!

Jorn, hier een advies: voer nooit maar dan ook nooit een ht uit bij transhair in Vlijmen. Dit zijn echt geldwolven. Ze zetten je onder druk om snel te beslissen met een korting van 500 euro. Ook zeggen ze dat het litteken niet zichtbaar is. dit klopt gewoon niet. Verder zijn de resultaten erg bedroevend en heeft het alleen zin als je zeker weet dat je niet verder kaal zult worden.

Heu... onze Jorn hier werkt voor TransHair (weet wel niet waar precies) - daarom dat hij nét Vlijmen ook vermeld! :rolleyes:

Yep, ik ben part-timer bij transhair. Werk 3 dagen per week als marketing manager tot mijn afstuderen wat niet al te lang meer gaat duren. Daarna..............blijf ik voorlopig bij Transhair & Aesthetic Team werken in Vlijmen en daarna zie ik wel..........

2day there are two methods of removing hair from the donor region or back of
the scalp. One method involves removing a strip of hair bearing scalp
and sectioning this into individual follicular units. This method will
leave a linear scar in the donor region, which is typically no wider
than 1 to 2 mm. Most patients have no problem with this scar as long as
they do not wish to shave their scalp. Some patients do not like the
idea of having a linear donor area scar. This led to the development of
a new procedure, which is called the follicular isolation technique or
FIT(ofwel FUE). FIT or FUE involves making incisions in the donor region that are 1mm or
less in size and removing the individual follicular groups. Most groups
will consist of between 1 to 5 hairs. The skin in the donor region
heals very quickly from this procedure and the resulting micro-scars are
very difficult to find. You must know that FIT works very well in some
patients, but is much slower with less than ideal results in other
patients. If your FIT procedure is not ideal we will recommend
postponing a subsequent surgery or proceeding with a strip harvest. You
must evaluate your goals. If you prefer more hair in a rapid manner,
you might choose the strip harvest. If you are patient and do not want
a linear scar, you should proceed with FIT. FIT may yield no more than
200 to 300 grafts in a given day. We have transplanted up to 1200
grafts in a single day using our FIT methods. Standard strip harvests
in a virgin scalp will typically yield up to 3000 or more grafts that
can be safely transplanted in a single day. In addition it is possible
to move hair from other parts of the body such as the back or chest to
the areas of hair loss using our FIT methods. This has the potential to
significantly increase the available donor area.

We have two prices for our procedures. The standard strip harvest is
4.00 per graft. The FIT procedure costs 8.00 per graft. We will
reimburse the cost of your travel to Atlanta 5% of the cost of your
surgery, up to a $500.00 maximum with receipts of cost.
