Hasci ... en de Reclame Code Commissie
 

In the last 6 months, dr. Gho has been using a false advertising on the front page of his website. Info here:

So, 2 days ago, I wrote the dutch Reclame Code Commisie to bring this false advertisement to their attention.

This false advertisement has been online for more than 6 months.
In that link, you have sufficient information to decide for yourself if this is a case of false advertising or not.
Then, why contacting dr. Gho at all? You don't need to do that.

In fact, your protocol will discourage people from reporting false advertising.
Do you want to discourage people from reporting fraüd?
Do you want to protect fraüdsters?

A fraüd is a fraüd, regardless of who is complaining.
I hope you understand.

I think they don't act on anonymous complaints to avoid the posibility of witch hunts.

If your complaint is serious, why remain anonymous?

Maar ik vind de advertentie dus ook misleidend en ik heb zelf een klacht ingediend. Verder afhandeling gebeurt per post. Ik laat wel weten hoe het loopt.

Reasons to stay anonymous:

1. I was death threatened by Dr. Bazan in the past in Hairsite.
2. I have been death-threatened by several forum members in Hairsite, for example, the now-banned Stevie.Dee.
3. Dr. Gho in the past exposed in Hairsite the real name of patient "Syrup" who complained about a failed transplant.

The hairloss forum world is a rude world, believe me, I have a lot of experience. It is not advised to go open and happily reveal your identity.

I could understand that the Reclame Code Commisie asked for your identity, but I cannot understand why they give this information to dr. Gho.

appreciate the fact that you are sticking your neck out to some good for the hairloss world. I do not see why people would blame or harras you for that.

Misschien tegen beter weten in laat ik de buitenlandse gasten toe op Haarweb. Ik hoop nog altijd op nieuwe inzichten uit het verre buitenland en ik neem wat ruis voor lief.

Maar ik zal het ergste gekissebis naar de speciale engelstalige discussie over Gho verplaatsen. Met het hele onderwerp heeft het toch niet veel meer van doen.
