Distilled Water For Washing Hair

I will write in English but pls feel free to reply in Dutch, I will translate it :)

I am from Brazil where the water is way softer compared to here in Amsterdam. I noticed that my scalp gets much drier and as a consequence Minoxidil is impossible to use. It causes a lot of ichiness and dryness. In fact, I have itching scalp everyday here and the dermatologist doesn't know what is the problem, except for the difference in water.

I have the feeling the only solution for me will be to wash my hair with distilled water. I was wondering if anyone knows if those Gedemineraliseerd water for ironing sold in grocery shops are safe to be used on the skin everyday. Does anyone have any experience with it or know anything about it?
