Ik vond dit, toen ik ff ging zoeken naar RH..
I used propecia 1mg in AM for about 3 years starting 4 years ago. Had excellent results at one year mark then started to taper off. At the 3 year mark I beleive I was experiencing Reflex hyperandro (excessive loss, acne, high libido) so I tapered off. About a month ago I began taking 1 mg in AM and 1mg in PM and as of now my hairloss is near zero like it was the first time. I beleive it is the 12hr dosing that is responsible for this. I just got fincar so now I'll be takin 1.25mg 12hrs apart. I think a constant suppression of DHT is necessary to ward off any reflex responses. DHT suppresion graphs of propecia show that DHT begins to rebound after about 12 hours and it is also know that propecia causes an upsurge in androgen receptors. Eventually the increased AR's could cause hairloss when the level of DHT begins to rise every 12 hours. Taking finasteride every 12 hours keeps DHT at a CONSTANT lower level. JUst my opinion though.
Misschien dat je 2 mg over de dag moet proberen te nemen, misschien dat het werkt ?
