Hier onder bevinden zich exact de mails van chemyo.
Ik wil best een screenshot naar je mailen hoor, dan moet je ff pb sturen.
Nu ik er zo wat langer over denk..
Lijkt het me dat Chemyo en Anageninc de zelfde leverancier van hun RU hebben.
Omdat ze zeggen dat de leverancier het verprutst heeft en het pakket heeft omgewisseld.
Als dat klopt is het best bijzonder om te weten toch?
Ik heb nu 2 zakjes van 5 gram liggen met de benaming Anageninc er op.
Ben wel benieuwd of deze RU nu te vertrouwen is..
Ze raden ten zeerste af om het te gebruiken dus denk niet dat ik er wat mee ga doen..

Dear customers,
It has come to our attention that our supplier of RU-58841 has accidentally sent a batch to our 3PL company that is literally not even supposed to be for us.
Namely, the whole packaging is not from our company and it is NOT the batch we have tested.
We have nothing to do with this company and we can not stand in for the quality of this batch. Hence we are all refunding you the full amount you have ordered.
We would strongly advise you guys not to use the RU-58841 powder as it has not gone through our strict testing requirements.
The only possible action we can take now is to refund all you guys. Subsequently, we will be not offering RU-58841 powder till we have found a new source.
Such errors are simply unacceptable to us as a company that handles strict (testing) requirements.
All your refunds should be received within 3-4 days maximum depending on your bank.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hey,
We expect to have new RU powder in stock now in 2-3 weeks. Our supplier messed up and he switched the wrong package. Rest assured we will have new RU powder in stock very soon, which will also be tested for purity & identity.
