Je had het verhaal [dat Gho een speciale groeivloeistof gebruikt] inderdaad goed onthouden.

ps. 23 december a.s. zit ik weer bij Coen in het WTC
The following post is just a copy from another hair loss forum:

» any thoughts about Dr Gho incorporating Acell during his HST
» treatment/protocol?

Here is the ‘formula’:

Try to go over it again.

Anyway, for now, I’ve absolutely no idea, whether Dr. Gho ever tried exactly that with ACell’s MicroMatrix. That means, performing HST ‘as is’ (very thin HST-grafts soaked in his developed special-solution), but in addition, he brings the HST-grafts for a short time before implantation in contact with ACell's ECM-powder. In fact, Dr. Gho should simply do what he describes in his patent – nothing more, nothing less:

Each and every research paper I’m aware of supports this ‘formula’ (at least this theory) – especially with HST-grafts. Because HST-grafts allow a far better cell migration as well as cell/molecule interaction than FAT traditional HT-grafts. Well, the result should finally be 3 or 4 or maybe 5 hair follicles from just one e.g. 2-hair-bearing-HST-graft.

@Roloff (or somebody else):

I know that Dr. Gho is a tissue engineering expert, resp. I know it’s “his speciality”. But as mentioned, I’m not really sure, whether Dr. Gho ever tried (experimental in addition to his own special medium) something with ACell's Extracellular Matrix
