1) Are there any studies available proving the effectiveness of Proxiphen in treatment against Androgenetic Alopecia?

Not specically. It was developed by trying new things out on persons who had previously failed the provious treatment. This is called a cross-over. There are nine US patents issue to me in this area, covering several classes of agents.

2) In the product are spironolactone and minoxidil combined. I always thought that this is chemically impossible.

There are ways of stabilizing spironolactone against autooxidation... Also, while minoxidil may catalyze the autooxidation of spironolactone, it probably does not react with it much. BTW, both minoxidil and spironolactone produce only a fraction of the activity of our formulation.
