1250 euro + PRP in Hongarije,...

https://www.regeneraactiva.com/en/pu...s-and-studies/

https://www.reddit.com/r/tressless/c...owth_no_drugs/

Photos : https://imgur.com/a/QaOlXil (I DO REALISE COMPARISON BEFORE AND AFTER IS AWFUL, but unfortunately i dont have anything better than this.) Also keep in my during "before" i was trying new hairstyle which was worst possible for me and it was showing my whole receving hairline. I am saying this because i`d rather not to hear comments like: "OMG WHAT A FAKE"

Sex:Male

Age:22

My story: I had perfect Hairline when i was 16. When i hit 18 i think i had some hair loss. Visited Dermatologist 4 months ago. He said androgenetic alopecia. He reccomended me Minoxidil and Propecia. I decided not to be so hasty.

Treatment : Scalp Massage EVERYDAY for 3 months. 10 minutes daily(sometimes more sometimes less)

6 weeks 0.2 dermaroller every 2-3 days

6 weeks 1.0 dermaroller every 7 days

Another thinks i have done: -green tea instead of coffee

-Tea tree Oil(i used it only coz my hairdresser gave it to me without any reason)

-lowered amount of washing hair with shampoo from everyday to 2-3 times per week.

-I use only cold water to wash my hair

-I lost around 9 kilograms since January this year. 95>86

-nizoral once a week

Family : Both uncles from moms family are bald. My dad has receving hairline but nothing awful for his age.I`d love to have hair like my dad in future. My bro is norwood 2/3 and is 5 years older than me.

Nieuwe hype: exosomes

"The word of the year for 2019 in the hair loss world has got to be “Exosomes”. Another name for exosomes is extracellular vesicles (EVs). They are usually derived from mesenchymal stem cells.
Exosomes contain no DNA or nucleus, and are around 1000 times smaller in size compared to regular cells. More specifically, exosomes are tiny nanoparticles (50-150 nanometers) that are involved in cell-to-cell communication and intercellular signaling. They are secreted by most cell types in the body, and contain both messenger RNA and microRNA (miRNA).
Exosomes were first discovered around 35 years ago.

They have been studied extensively for the past decade in the regenerative medicine field for therapeutic applications.

Exosomes are known to activate several signaling pathways that are important in wound healing, tissue regeneration and bone fracture repair. This phenomenon is called paracrine signaling. Due to their lack of DNA, exosomes from stromal cells cannot become malignant or cancerous."

https://www.hairlosscure2020.com/fol...trial-in-2019/

Follica just announced positive topline data from its latest clinical study for androgenetic alopecia. There was a significant 44% improvement over baseline in visible (non-vellus) hair count totals after 3 months of treatment. The final Phase 3 study is expected to commence in the first half of 2020. Quotes from Jason Bhardwaj and Ken Washenik in there.
They did not mention which topical drug was used. However, I would not be surprised if it is just Minoxidil, based on the further below mentioned findings from last month. Hopefully, once the treatment is on the market, they can add more compounds into the mix without needing to go through clinical trials each time. A key quote mentions the use of an “on-market” drug, so no fancy newly developed products for the time being:
“Follica’s proprietary in-office treatment regimen combines targeted scalp disruption using the Follica Hair Follicle Neogenesis (HFN) device, with a topical on-market drug to create and grow new hair follicles.”

Eindelijk wat RCH nieuws:

https://replicel.com/news/japan-s-re...erapy-products

“This provides a clear signal to Japanese investors, clinicians, and strategic partners with whom we are in discussions, that we are delivering on our ‘First-in-Japan’ strategy which aims to have four products on the market in Japan by 2023.” - Replicel

https://replicel.com/news/publicatio...-men-and-women

"We are very pleased that the data from this randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blinded, dose-ranging clinical study of 65 patients (male and female) with pattern hair loss confirms, with statistical significance, the observations from our ph 1 trial in a larger cohort of patients including females, a wide variety of ages and hair loss, and compared with a placebo-control. In summary, the study produced a statistically significant and clinically meaningful increase in hair density and diameter as measured nine months after treatment,” stated RepliCel’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Rolf Hoffman.

Updated (3/12/20) Shiseido Plans To Pursue RCH-01
Directly from Shiseido’s “New Research” webpage regarding the RCH-01 therapy:

“Safety level and improvement effects were confirmed in a clinical study conducted by Tokyo Medical University from 2016 to 2019 using our autologous cell culture processing technology. A further clinical study aiming at practical application will be conducted in the future.”

  • The primary target is to produce 1600 thin needle wounds per cm² every two weeks (their preferred parameter configuration is: using a 12 needle head (2 rows with 6 needles) with a width of 0.9 cm at a movement speed of 2 cm per second and an osicllation speed of 120 Hz)
  • Needling device: electric dermaneedling device. They specifically state that dermarollers and dermabrasion devices are less effective. About dermarollers they write that tearing and cut-like wounds are ineffective for neogenesis and that one has to aim for real, "pointy" needle wounds without any tearing or cutting.
  • Needle target depth: 0.8 mm. For long hair, this can be increased to 1.0 mm, but definitely not more than that. The wound should extend 0.8 mm into the skin but not deeper, 1.0 mm is only to compensate for longer hair.
  • Needling frequency: Once every two weeks produces the best results, followed by once a week, followed by once every 4 weeks
  • Needling head: 12 needles in an array of 2 x 6 at a width of 0.9 cm for the needle rows. Their specific design is described in Figure 105 of this patent of theirs
  • Topical, 1st version: minoxidil 5% is the likely first version of the topical (maybe also finasteride or saw palmetto included, but about this I'm not sure)
  • Topical, 2nd version: The second version of the topical is minoxidil plus one or a combination of the following three: finasteride, valproic acid, latanoprost
  • Topical application frequency: Twice daily, preferrably once every 12 hours
  • Areas to needle: Not only affected areas should be needled, but also at least 2 cm into non-bald/non-balding areas. Reason for that is probably quorum sensing.
  • Needling device movement over the scalp: Each area should be covered at least once and at most twice, depending on the protocol variant. Depends on frequency and a few other things - won't go into detail here now, the details can be found in the patent. Short version: In the preferred protocol, each treatment area is covered once in horizontal and once in vertical movement direction over the scalp, making for a total of exactly two passes. Passes should be performed without any overlaps and without any gaps. They use the term "like a lawn mower" several times to describe how the scalp should be covered.
  • Needling movement speed: 2 cm per second. They state that the translational movement speed is important to achieve the target needle hole density of 1600 per cm².
  • Needling head oscillation frequency: 120 Hz
  • Needling pressure: Only slight pressure such that the needles go all the way (0.8 mm) in, but not more. "Gliding" should be achieved.

https://www.hairlosscure2020.com/cas...cne-treatment/

https://www.winlevi.com/assets/WINLE...fo-08-2020.pdf

5.2 Hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) Axis SuppressionHypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression was observed and may occur during or after treatment with clascoterone. In the PK trial, all subjects returned to normal HPA axis function at follow-up 4 weeks after stopping treatment [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.2)]. Conditions which augment systemic absorption include use over large surface areas, prolonged use, and the use of occlusive dressings. If HPA axis suppression develops, an attempt should be made to withdraw the drug
