Elvis,

You're right. We need as much evidence in the form of hairy heads from all different kinds of clinics including HASCI!

If you were able to read my English than stick to English:-) It's a dutch forum, so I'm always a bit cautious as not everybody has a certain degree of fluency in english. Where are you from yourself?

@Anthonie: Is there a 'houserule' on writing Dutch as much as possible? Or can I continue this thread in English as a lot of people outside the Netherlands might be interested as well?

I don't know whether they do deferred payments? You might just give them a buzz to ask.

For instance:
Here you can see “Xantos” donor area after 3000 normal FUE extractions …

http://www.haarweb.nl/forum/attachme...4&d=1308217399

After clicking the link above, click on the donor area photo to enlarge it.

What would happen, if I would make (e.g. with Photoshop or something else) 3000 green dots (same size/diameter like the holes) between the existing red 3000 extraction holes on this photo?

Such a photo would definitely show GAME OVER! for any additional transplants -besides having a completely depleted donor area after 6000 normal FUE extractions!

Even his own consultants admit that they also have a limit of 6-7 procedures. I will repeat it, this has been said by his own employees.

Considering the fact these procedures from hasci are not that big either, is there really a huge advantage ? I dont see it.

Advantage between a depleted and not depleted donor area after let's say 6-7 procedures?

I would definitely prefer the NOT depleted donor area after having 6-7 procedures - what a question.

After about 6-7 procedures, and the donor area still looks healthy and simply not "moth-eaten" - guess what you still could do ...

Here're some snapshots of Mr. Joling's donor area AFTER 1500 HST extractions
(~18 month after having his 1st HST procedure) ...

I can't see neither any white dots, nor gaps between all the FU's. You will see completely the same situation after having his 2nd HSt procedure with 1750 grafts. In other words, he could ALWAYS shave his head and nobody would see or notice anything - no white dots, no gaps, no "moth-eaten" hair. And as long as there is always ENOUGH healthy hair - no problem to make extractions again. It always depends on HOW successful (regrowth rate) the donor regeneration process has been FOR YOU after every extraction procedure.

Here are some other photos Dr. Gho published in the medical journal "Burns":

After almost 4000 HST graft extractions - still no difference between the before and after situation in the donor area.

You act like it is a given that any patient with 7000-8000 grafts (normal FUE) has a completely depleted donor area with huge white spots everywhere. That's false already. If you are really convinced by that than please tell me right now. Than its useless for me to continue with you. No offense because it's ridiculous. He's using small equipment but so does somebody like Dr.Feriduni if your hair is suited for it.

I was not talking about white dots either. That's still personal related too, some people heal very nicely and some dont. My point is, if hasci can only do 6-7 procedures with 1000-1500 grafts, than why would you choose for them ? You choose for hasci if you want a full head of hair because you are completely bald. Until now there's no example at all that that is possible and hasci knows this too.

Lets be honest, we all want this to be true and possible. There should be no bias but its just not possible.

sorry guys i have a very beginner question...

if for example i want to have my hair long , if i do a FUE i remove 3000 fu from my backhead and i will move the hair to my crown , but after that i will have less hair because they moved on my crown , am i correct?

so maybe in this case (want to keep long hair and reconstruct the crown) will be better to do HASCI ? so (if i understand) the hair will regrow in the donor and my long hair will be better than if i do the FUE...

sorry it looks a little complicate ahahaha but i try to explain my doubts...

if someone knows , let me know , thanks a lot

ps: someone know when Tim Akkerman did the treatment? thx

You got to be kidding me ? Are you serious now ?

Patient, badly done FUE, punch too big. Size punch 1-1.5 mm. = receipt for disaster.

Is this your proof that FUE patients can't shave their head anymore just because you have found some bad examples ? I can use google images too. Of course there are amateurs in the business.

To me it seems like you are somehow related to hasci and try to downgrade a normal FUE, done by a highly touted doctor who use normal punch sizes.

I seriously dont hope people on that site are getting influenced by those pictures. That would be a true shame.
