Heel erg bedankt voor je reactie.
Maar wat is spironlacton eigenlijk? Daar heb ik helemaal niets over gelezen. En wat is hypertrichose voor een reactie?

Liposomal Spirosolution 2 %

Spirocream is the ideal supplement for Lipoxidil users - especially for those who want the anti-androgenic effect which Minoxidil cannot provide. Spironolactone is a potent inhibitor of DHT at its receptor sites. It effectively prevents DHT from attaching to the receptor sites on the hair follicles. As a result, the follicles no longer atrophy and can mature again to their normal size. Topically administered Spironolactone with less than 5 % concentration appears to have only local antiandrogenic effects and no systemic side effects. Spironolactone acts antagonistically to testosterone and 5 alpha-DHT at the cellular level which is an indication of a receptor-mediated effect. Therefore Spironolactone might be ideal in a low dosage liposomal preparation. Liposomes are carried selectively towards the subcutaneal tissues where the receptors are. This should avoid any possible side effects like water retention.

We now have encapsulated Spironolactone in sphingolipid liposomes to improve skin penetration. The concentration was reduced to 2 % to avoid any systemic side effects. We have added Zinc Oxide and a small amount of mint to improve skin penetration , to reduce the possibility of skin reactions and to improve the stability and smell of the solution.

The product has now the consistency of a regular body lotion and is very comfortable to apply. It comes in a well designed glass pump dispenser. As with all liposomal preparations apply a small amount onto the dry and fat free skin and wait for a couple of minutes. Do not massage yet because you don't want the product disappear in your finger skin ! You will see that the lotion ( even the Zinc ) disappears in your skin. After waiting a couple of minutes gently rub the remaining residue in your skin. Done !

The lotion needs no refrigeration.

Spirolotion 2 % is very economical. One dispenser of 30 gr. will last up to 3 months with daily use.

Hypertrichose is een vorm van overbeharing. Verwar het niet met Hirsutisme.

Hypertrichose is bovenmatige haargroei op plaatsen waar van nature al enige haargroei is. Er kunnen fijne haartjes verschijnen in het gezicht, bij de slapen en bij de wenkbrauwen. Haren op de armen kunnen langer worden en in aantal toenemen. Onderbenen en romp zijn dan meestal ook zwaarder behaard. Hypertrichose komt zowel bij mannen als bij vrouwen voor en ontstaat in de pubertijd.

Hirsutisme
Bij vrouwen kan haargroei optreden op plaatsen waar meestal alleen mannen haren ontwikkelen: hirsutisme. Veel haar verschijnt dan op plekken waar vrouwen gewoonlijk alleen donshaar hebben: op de bovenlip, wangen, kin en hals, rond de tepels, op de borst, de rug, de buik en in de liesstreek.
