Take L-Lysine 500 to 1,500 milligrams per day. Some evidence suggests that it augments progess of any respective treatment you are using.

Whilst I have this space I would like to recommend to you Guys to get into Juicing. Buy a juicer and a good juicing book and make yourself fresh juices and smoothies. Mix Flax seeds in.
