Even with a worse donor you have obviously more possibilities fortunately. And all the times i saw some "bad" donor areas it was

1) age of patient
2) former BAD hair transplants
3) scars etc

Do your math with around 4000 Grafts where 85% regrows after each extraction

1) 4000 / Regrown : 3400

2) 3400 / Regrown : 2890

3) 2890 / Regrown : 2456
