Hi guys,

i am Markus from germany and i represent the clinic "Hattingen Hair Transplant" from Switzerland and Germany in the european boards. Sorry, cause my very bad dutch language i will post in english.

Among other well known clinics in Europe like Bisanga, Devroye, Feriduni, Heitmann or Mwamba, we have an unknown clinic called Hattingen Hair Transplantation located in Switzerland and Germany. They are specialised in Follicular Unit Transplantation. The leading docs are Dr. Laura Muresanu, Dr. Sever Muresanu and Prof. Dr. Dr. Voy.

In the german board "alopezie.de" u will find many examples of their work. Some patients are showing their results and documenting their progress very well. The german law does not allow showing "Before and after pics" of any cosmetic surgery on the part of a clinic or doc.

That said, I welcome discussions about clinics. So I will mention the clinic myself Hattingen Hair. And give an example of their work on youtube.

As far as I can tell it is a clinic specialised in FUT. FUE is not mentioned. It does mention the 'oldfashioned micro graft methode'. But that can't be the same as FUE because of the disadvantage mentioned:

die angeblich unzureichende Kopfhautdurchblutung, die eine große Zahl an Transplantaten nicht ernähren könnte

... a graft transplanted during a FUE procedure is nothing bigger then a graft transplanted during a FUT procedure.

My big question therefor is: why not mention FUE anywhere?

Hattingen Hair Transplant is specialised in ultra refined Follicular Unit Transplantation. We are convinced about this technique and we are able to do megasession up to 5000 grafts. We do not use hairtransplant methods like Mini/Micro Grafts or Punches. You will find some results on youtube or in the german board. Many pleased patients showed their progress and result their.

Fue is in the beginning and we doing only very small sessions on scars or to improve the density in very small areas.

tja een feit is dat zijn eerst zogenaamd zijn megafue super was
wat natuurlijk niet het geval was want die is gewoon gigantisch mislukt
en dan nu werken voor wat strippers terwijl ik de gehele tijd daaro
als "metzger" werd uitgescholden omdat ik al wist dat strip gewoonweg
de beste HTbehandeling blijft en fue een aanvulling is zeg de
combinatie van fue en strip of strip en fue dat heeft toekomst
Ook alleen fue kan maar er is dan meestal niet
ruim voldoende donorhaar te plukken met deze methode en het
moet nu eenmaal in quickgrafting dat is voor mij al een feit
De toekomst zal het ons vertellen..

i combine Minox 5% Kirkland with Pantostin/Ell Cranell. In this i put 5mg Finasterid. Every evening i do it on the scalp 3ml.

Also Mutli Mineral und Vitamin. OPC, Gluthation, Zink, Selen, Silicea.

After my first transplant i used the X5 Hairlaser, which was out-of-order after 1 year. I think the ATP theorie is good. I will use MET: Mikro Electro Therapy which seems very promising, which increase ATP und Protein dramatically.

workingtime of minoxidil = 12 hours , therefore its recommended to use it 2x a day

i dont know this pantostin , but flutamide is far more powerfull
i have read that you used flutamide 2% also , why did you quit ? sides ?

5mg in 60ml minoxidil seems to low , is there a reason to keep this so low ?

also theres a limit of what the skin absorbes talking about 3 -10 % ?

about lasers , as far as i know its the total laseroutput that is important for bio-stimulation , i have seen studies that show that 250mw is needed (laseroutput)

the x5 hairlaser is clearly to weak
i used in the beginning also 1,5 years my x5 hairlaser with 0% result...
i seems to me that you would make more results if you build a laserhelmet ?

also liposomes delivery-system in the new minoxidils should give better delivery deep into the skin and a more longer and constant delivery at the hairfollikels...

it looks a bit dangerous to use also a dermaroller , its to dangerous or i would have done it this way , dont want any heartproblems , but i do use a minox on base of the liposomes delivery system and it uses minoxidil-sulfate what would be 14x stronger then regular minox

Yes, i mixed it 1:1. I know, that 10mg Fin would be better, but i stopped fin cause of sideeffects, so i wanted to start with a minimal fin and that as topical. We will see, perhaps i will start again with the Dermaroller, cause it increased the density in the bridge and crown.

I had a second transplant now with 3200 Grafts for the crown and bridge. It was a big area to recover. I went to Dr. Lars Heitmann again
